For those of you just joining in, I do have a Patreon account where you can support my comic-creating endeavors. I try to keep rewards on the affordable side because hey… times are tough and I totally understand. If you’d like to check it out and see what I offer, you can do so here: https://www.patreon.com/indiraj
ALSO I’m writing this to let you all know that every month $5+ patrons will be receiving two holographic trading cards every month, as I hit one of my monthly goals a while back. I’m really excited to work on these as I’ll take any excuse to draw my characters even more XD
You can find out more about the trading cards here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/two-dorks-and-28620105
Thank you all for reading and supporting the comic! If you can’t afford to pledge monthly via patreon, I also have an online shop where you can get books, stickers, prints, and a bunch of other stuff here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/metalsorceryart
OR hey, if you help signal boost me and spread the word, that’s also greatly appreciated!
Hi dear readers,
Last week and over this weekend, there have been a few unforeseen events, which is why there’s no update today. There won’t be an update until Thursday, December 13, as I need to head out to Trinidad for a bit to support my family grieving in their time of need.
Thanks for understanding

Greetings!
Most of you know that I recently finished up a successful Kickstarter for The Misadventures of Buddy and Friend. To those of you who pitched in, thank you very much!
I’ve made the tough decision to take a month off from Sacrimony. There’s a lot that needs to be done for the Kickstarter such as adding the cameo rewards, double and triple checking formatting, communicating with printers and also making the rewards, which I do all by my lonesome by hand. In addition, I’ve got some commissions to finish and conventions to prep for and a bit of wrist pain on top of all that. I guess it would be nice to fix my very broken sleep cycle, too. If I didn’t take a break the newer pages would be obviously rushed and not the kind of quality I’m used to putting out. And that’s not fair to me, you as the readers or the story itself.
So I’ll be taking this month off to get all the Kickstarter stuff together, finish up commissions, plus work on starting up another buffer for Sacrimony. It’s amazing how quickly those buffer pages run down. When I return, there will be a slightly different (but better!) update schedule, as I’d really love to get the story rolling along and [hypothetically] should be able to do so unobstructed. Updates will be every Monday as per usual but also every other Thursday so instead of getting four pages a month, we’d get six.
Patreon supporters need not worry, as I have lots of fun things planned in lieu of comic pages this month.
Tl;dr: Sacrimony will return on July 2nd! Thanks for taking the time to read this and thanks for your patience 🙂
After much deliberation, I’ve decided to give Patreon a second chance. Hopefully they won’t do anything as stupid as they did before and if they do, we’ll burn that bridge when we come to it. As you may have noticed, I had to permanently cut back on Sacrimony to one page per week because two pages a week was just not financially sustainable at the rate I was going. I intend on always having the comic be free to read and hopefully with support on Patreon, Ko-fi and my Art Shop, I’ll be able to get back to doing more pages per week.
I decided to expand this new Patreon incarnation to encompass ALL my art stuff, as opposed to just being strictly Sacrimony-related. While my comics are my life blood, I also realize that there are other people who aren’t particularly interested in my comics but love my other non-comic artwork.
If you like the comic or my art and want to show some love while getting lots of neat rewards along the way, stop by and see what I have to offer.
If you can’t commit to monthly donations, there’s always my Ko-fi or Art Shop.
Have you felt a great sense of regret upon missing out on the kickstarter? Well never fear because Chapter 1 (and accompanying swag) is now for sale online! Check it out here!
You’re probably wondering “Why should I buy the book if the comic is free to read online?” Well LET ME TELL YOU, webcomic formats do the art and story no justice! The lovely art shines glossily on high quality glossy paper and you get the added bonus of being able to flip back and forth through pages for those little “OH SNAP” moments when you realize certain things were set up all along! This book was BORN to be printed!
In addition, purchasing the book helps support your favorite artist (aka: ME) to keep her fed so she can keep this most glorious train wreck going!
I’ve also got adorable stickers, pins and some pretty pretty prints!
As always, thanks for reading! 🙂
Hi there! You may have noticed a massive spike in the quality of the comic!
I’ve been working behind the scenes to find a more suitable look and today’s comic is the look I came up with!
Why the changes? To put it bluntly, I wasn’t happy with the previous look. The lines were too choppy (as I was inking traditionally and scanning) and it didn’t translate very well. I also wasn’t too fond of the messy coloring style so I neatened it up and emphasized the new, more streamlined line art. I also went easier and lighter on the backgrounds to make the characters stand out even more.
Hope you all like it!
Just wanted to wish everyone who jumped on board a happy new year.
I’ve got lots of cool plans for this comic and site in this year that will probably result in me getting 0 hours of sleep. But this is what I’ve been preparing for my whole life. Action, drama and betrayal await us in 2017! And I’m not just talking about Donald Trump’s presidency…
Also, if ya’ll could be awesome and spread the word about this comic, that’d be much appreciated.
Take care everyone and thanks for reading <3
To those who have supported me on the road to writing the thing and drawing all the things, you have my unconditional love.
Thanks for taking the time to stop by and check out the comic!
Sacrimony is something I’ve had in the works for quite some time now. It’s one of those “old childhood projects” that I’ve never been able to let go of since my early teens. As the years went by, it’s evolved into something much more than the things I used to doodle instead of paying attention in school.
So what’s the story about? It’s about feeling like you never fit in, trying to understand why good people do bad things, trying to see the shades of grey between black and white, seeing issues from different perspectives and realizing that sometimes there is no line between right and wrong. There are lots of stories and side stories that intertwine to create a bigger picture.
Other than that… I can’t say much else.
Hope you enjoy the comic as much as I enjoy presenting it 🙂
